He was an early investor in leading European software technology companies, such as RedDot Solutions (acq. by Hummingbird/Opentext), mental images (acq. by Nvidia), Quanthouse (acq. by Standard & Poor’s), Aquin (acq. by State Street Corp.), arcplan (acq. by Longview), Saperion (acq. by Lexmark), Tricentis (acq. by Insight Ventures), Dovetail (acq. by Fiserv), Crytek, acrolinx among others.
During his more than 20 active board memberships, Christian worked closely with founders and management on international expansion, growth strategies, and in particular on management team development. In his active board roles, he has facilitated many successful expansion processes of his European investments into the US market. Since the beginning of 2018, Christian serves on the boards of AlgoTrader (CH) and Favendo (GER).
Prior to his life as a venture capitalist, Christian worked in the Equity Research department of Merrill Lynch. He gained a dual degree in business and electrical engineering from the TH Darmstadt, including academic exchange programs in Atlanta, USA, and Zurich, Switzerland.
He splits his time between the USA and Europe, and is a proud father of two children.

Currently, he leads Medallia’s Industry & LOB product and solutions business. Prior to that, he was the Founder & CEO of SmarterMe, one of the first AI products for mobile workforce productivity, which he led from inception to acquisition.
Prior to that he led SAP’s $1.7B Customer Experience Solutions/CRM business and served in various capacities including GVP & GM and GVP and Head of Global Sales & GTM. During his tenure, he successfully grew new business by double digits (up to 47% YOY), launched several new cloud products and drove game changing acquisitions. At Cast Iron Systems, he was part of the management team, which grew the business by 500% and was eventually acquired by IBM. He has also held various strategy, sales, service and product leadership positions at SAP, HP, at BES (acq. by EMC) and PwC.
Ashish holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Lawrence University.

He has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the industrial machinery, e-commerce, and renewable energy industries. He is currently CEO of Richter Gabelstapler, a closely-held company that is one of the leading wholesalers of forklifts worldwide. Till took over the company in 2007 and spearheaded an expansion into China and Latin America. He also leads the creation of an e-commerce division for the company, building one of the first e-commerce platforms for industrial machinery on the internet.
Till is also co-founder and CEO of a recycling machinery wholesale business and a solar energy company. The recycling company leverages his deep network in the German industrial market to export German technology to the world. The solar company operates a number of photo-voltaic rooftop systems on top of schools in his hometown of Bremen.
He has a deep passion for technology and entrepreneurship and has been an active angel investor before joining NeueCapital. He speaks six languages including Mandarin Chinese, German, English, and Spanish.
Till lives in Berlin and spends his time between Europe and Silicon Valley. Till studied Business Administration at the University of Kiel and the Technische University of Berlin where he received an MBA.

Before he joined NeueCapital, Stefan successfully managed Venture Capital funds both, at Beaufort Capital (2003-2014) and Technologieholding (1995-2000). Technologieholding was one of the early venture funds in Germany and was sold to 3i in 2000, where Stefan became one of the managing partners for the Germany.
Prior to Technologieholding, Stefan worked for Roland Berger, an international strategy consulting firm as well as for Schröder & Partner, specialized in Turnaround Management. Stefan holds an M.Sc. in technical engineering, from the Technical University of Berlin.
